Transfer to Hotel. After freshening-up, local sightseeing and Lunch: Gandhi Ashram, Akshardham in Gandhinagar,Sidi Sayyid Mosque, Hutheesing Temple, Adalaj Step Well, Handicraft & Handloom Bazaar (Law Garden). Dinner and overnight at Ahmedabad. Day - 2: After early breakfast leave for HingolGadh, the Nature Education Sanctuary. This splendid wildlife sanctuary can be reached from Ahmedabad (280 kms). One passes the small towns of Ranpur, Paliyad and Vichhiya and Jasdan. The sanctuary is first of its kind imparting nature education. With its unique ecosystem it provides refuge to more than 300 species of birds. Lunch at Hingolgadh Castle, now a heritage hotel. Visit the Jasdan Palace noted for the private library of the royal family, a handicraft collection and a stud farm of kathiawadi horses. Proceed to Junagadh, dinner and overnight stay at Hotel . Day - 3: After early breakfast half day local sightseeing at Junagadh: Upperkot Fort, Mausoleum, Ashoka Rock Edicts, Makbara, Darbar Hall and Museum. Leave for world famous Gir National Park which is the only abode of the majestic Asiatic Lions. Sasan Gir (40 kms) is famous for the Lion Safari. Stay at Sasan Gir - Hotel. Day - 4: Visit Devaliya Safari Park Interpretation Center (12 kms from Sasan Gir). As the practice of arranging lion shows was found to be cumbersome for the lions and with the view to reduce disturbance from the large influx of visitors, an Interpretation Zone has been created. Pay a visit to the cultural programme of the Siddi Dance, a unique community of African origin. They follow many of the African bush, traditions and beliefs handed down through generations. Among their many African inheritances is the natural sense of rhythm reflected in their delightful drumming and dancing performances. Drive down to Veraval, dinner and stay overnight at Hotel. Day - 5: Early morning Darshan at Somnath Temple for followers of both Shiva and Vishnu. Such a temple had not been built since eight hundred years. Bhalaka Tirth in Prabhas Patan was a place where Shri Krishna gave up his physical frame. Handicraft collection and a stud farm of kathiawadi horses. Proceed to Junagadh, dinner and overnight stay at Hotel. Day - 6: Half day local sightseeing at Junagadh and shopping at the local market. Pay a visit to the Upperkot Fort, Mausoleum, Ashoka Rock Edicts, Makbara, Darbar Hall and Museum. Depart for Ahmedabad (327 kms). Dinner and overnight at Hotel. Day - 7: At the end of the tour all the tourists will be dropped at Ahmedabad Railway station / Airport to catch respective Train / Fflight.
